We have text that you can study, to read at your own pace, complete with illustrations and photos that highlight and explain the different theories in the topic you are studying.

We also use audio, giving you the ability to listen to studies when you are on-the-go, you don’t have time to sit and read, or if you simply have a preference to listen. Our Operational Excellence training is available any time, from your computer or smartphone, allowing you to work at your own pace. Training is available both individually, as well as in teams. If you have a group of five or more, training can be specifically catered to your needs, and a trainer will be provided for your team. This is a good way of, for example, testing out an improvement project while you're going through the training. Or, if you have a few friends and you want to train together, you can get the experience of learning with your team. You then have the chance to ask questions and communicate directly.
